"Future Self Group Leaders" is an innovative leadership program designed for high school students (grades 9-12) who aspire to grow, lead, work in teams, and create meaningful community projects. This initiative provides young people with the opportunity to experience real-world organizational management, take on responsibilities, and make a positive impact on their surroundings.
Program Structure
FSG Leaders clubs operate like small organizations, where each member takes on a crucial role – from CEO to marketing or finance expert. Throughout the year, club participants implement two major and six smaller projects aimed at community well-being, volunteerism, and fostering social responsibility.
Annual FSG Leaders Summit
One of the program’s highlights is the annual summit, bringing together the most active participants. The event features:
Mentorship sessions with inspiring leaders,

Creative and recreational activities that strengthen teamwork.
